Sal’s role as a Therapist is to support and illuminate your way back to your own understanding of your authentic self, ultimately allowing you to set aside old stories that may no longer serve you and create space for new experiences.

For over 35 years, Sal has trained and worked in a variety of clinical settings as a Counsellor and Yoga Therapist. With a degree in Counselling and Human Change, Sal is an internationally Certified Yoga Therapist and also delivers Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in the fields of Counselling Supervision, Yoga Therapist Mentoring and Education.

There are very few human beings who receive the truth by instant illumination… most of them acquire it fragment by fragment.

Sal Flynn is a Clinical Member of the Psychotherapy and Counselling profession’s peak body PACFA (Membership No. 22705), a Centre for Existential Practice (CEP) Registered Supervisor, a Certified Member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT), and a Registered Yoga Therapist.

My belief is in the blood and flesh as being wiser than the intellect. The body-unconscious is where life bubbles up in us. It is how we know that we are alive, alive to the depths of our souls.
